What AI does

ZimSensei uses AI to mark written answers, explain MCQs, power coaching and dojo practice, and generate study insights for students, parents, and teachers. AI assists learning — it does not issue official ZIMSEC or Cambridge grades.

What AI does not do

• Replace human examiners or school teachers.
• Guarantee exam outcomes or predicted grades as official results.
• Use your answers for third-party advertising.

Accuracy and fairness

Marking aims to follow mark schemes and syllabus language, with caches and checks to keep similar answers treated consistently. AI can still make mistakes — especially on handwriting, unusual answers, or multi-step proofs. If a mark looks wrong, use the in-app flag so our team can review.

Your data

Answers and images you submit may be processed by our AI providers solely to mark and improve the learning experience. See our Privacy Policy for collection and retention details.
